Avalowa 2024

Cornish full juice, sparkling, wild fermented dry cider, no added sulphites, barrel aged,  6.7% abv

A delicious natural cider made from 70% Sweet Alford and a 30% blend of Browns, Hocking’s Green, Lord of the Isles and Cats Head. Fermented and aged for 8 months in oak barrels.

This cider is full juice, made from 100% apples, handpicked from unsprayed orchards in a small valley of the Fowey Estuary in Cornwall. It is fermented with the wild, naturally occurring yeast found on the apple skins, with no added sulphites.

Vibrant and refreshing with a crisp minerality. We get notes of honeydew melon and grapefruit, finished with a delicate hint of vanilla from oak ageing.

Just like a dry white wine, this cider pairs beautifully with shellfish, grilled white fish, light summery salads and risotto, feta, goats cheese and charcuterie.

Mellya 2024

Cornish full juice, sparkling, wild fermented dry cider, no added sulphites,  6.8% abv

A vibrant, juicy natural cider made from an orchard blend of Michelin, Yarlington Mill, Dabinett, Tale Sweet, Tommy Knight, Cats Head and Tremlett’s Bitter.

Bright and lively, bursting with yuzu-like citrus and sherbet notes. A mouth-watering zesty cider, underpinned by a grippy slate minerality.

Pairs beautifully with salty, savoury dishes- especially oily fish, shellfish, quiche, risotto, or cheese. Particularly good with sharp cheddar or goat’s cheese.

Diwettha 2023

Cornish, full juice, wild fermented dry sparkling cider, barrel aged, 6.5% abv
A delicious and vibrant cider made from a blend of Yarlington Mill, Norwood, Browns, and Ellis Bitter, handpicked from orchards we manage regeneratively on the South Coast of Cornwall.  Wild fermented and aged on lees for 11 months in oak barrels, before spending a further 13 months (before release) ageing in bottle.
We get notes of tropical fruits and fresh citrus, followed by subtle spice and a gentle hint of salinity. Designed to be enjoyed at the table, perfect with anything salty and savoury. Think roasted meats, rich mushroom dishes, cheese, or spicy dishes.
